About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Fire Safety team at our Sydney (North Strathfield) office. The successful candidate will be working at the forefront of an emerging discipline alongside a dynamic team of like-minded professionals in a positive, energetic workplace.
Responsibilities Include:
Develop and document engineered design solutions presented in reports
Conduct calculations and model trial designs
Liaise directly with other members of design teams in each projectÂ
Research and data sourcingÂ
Analyse and interpret legislation
Interpret design documentation
Developing practical design alternatives that satisfy legislative requirements
Self-management of clients and projects

The Ideal Candidate
A Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil/Structural disciplines preferred)Â
Creativity, driven, attention to detailÂ
Positive and proactive mindset
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Outlook)Â
Exceptional time-management skills/experienceÂ
High capacity for critical and analytical thinkingÂ
Ability to work independently, as well as in a larger team
A valid driver’s license and have access to a working vehicle
