Main Duties:Â
Provide leadership and support to the team, including training for GraduatesÂ
Oversee projects through the the Design phase
Conduct onsite As-Built inspections
Assistance with the development of business initiativesÂ
Working with the Director assisting with day-to-day operational tasksÂ
Identifying a need and hiring additional personnel Â
Review and assist with pricing structures to ensure competitiveness and relevanceÂ
Preparation of fee proposalsÂ
Review construction design documentation on a variety of small, medium and large scale projects Â
Offer professional advice to clients, fostering strong business relationships Â
Oversee quality assurance, document control, and management processes

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have:
Accreditation or nearing accreditation as an SDA Certifier.Â
Minimum 3+ years of experience in accessibility.Â
Possession of a valid Victorian driver's licenseÂ
Passion for enhancing accessibility in the built environmentÂ
Strong creativity, drive, and attention to detailÂ
Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsÂ
Exceptional customer service skillsÂ
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a teamÂ
Proficiency in report writing and mentoring capabilitiesÂ
